The Principal Operations Business Partner plays a critical role in driving operational rigor and execution discipline across the Product and Specialist organizations. This role is designed for a strong selfstarter who can operate independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and proactively identify and solve business problems.

This individual owns the operational frameworks required to track product adoption, ensure account hygiene, surface risks early, and drive accountability to outcomes. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong problemsolving skills, and the ability to influence crossfunctional leaders without reliance on prescriptive direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drivecore operational cadencesacross Product and Specialist teams to review key deals, ensure effective handoffs, and improve execution quality

  • Establish andmaintainoperational rigorfor tracking product adoption, account health, and execution risks

  • Define, track, and drive accountability tobusiness KPIs, ensuring consistent performance measurement against targets

  • Lead endtoend preparation forQBR/QPRs, annual planning, and ongoing account assignment governance

  • Proactivelyidentifybusiness risks, execution gaps, and friction points, surfacing issues early with databacked recommendations

  • Translate ambiguous problems intoclear processes, metrics, and action plans

  • Partner crossfunctionally to close process gaps and drive durable solutions-not just recommendations

  • Document current and futurestate processes toestablishscalable playbooks and operational standards

  • Assess downstream impacts to the field organization and drive targeted communication and enablement as needed

Qualifications


  • Proven experience leading complex, crossfunctional initiatives between ProductOrganizationsand GoToMarket teams

  • Operational mindset, push for standardization and cross-team alignment, drive alignment when no natural owner exists

  • Ability to frame risk and recommendations at strategic level (more advisory/trusted advisor than just data support); bridge between product strategy and field reality / tools


  • Demonstrated successoperatingas aselfstarter, prioritizing work effectively across multiple highstakes initiatives

  • Strongproblemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex or ambiguous issues into executable actions

  • Track recordofcreating structure where none existsand improving operational discipline at scale

  • Ability to influence across multiple functions and leadership levelswithout formal authority

  • Datadriven mindset with experience defining KPIs and using insights to guide leadership decisions

  • Comfortable operating in fastpaced, highgrowth, and evolving environments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degreerequired; advanced degree a plus

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in operations, business analytics, or a related field within a technology or highgrowth environment

  • Proven success executing highimpact initiatives that require crossdepartmental alignment

  • Strong written, verbal, and executivelevel communication skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while partnering effectively across teams
