Think is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, code-compliant fire sprinkler projects. This position supports and manages projects from kickoff through closeout, coordinating with field teams, designers, vendors, and customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage assigned fire sprinkler projects under the guidance of senior leadership
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to keep projects on schedule and within budget
  • Review contracts, scopes of work, and project documents to ensure requirements are clearly understood and executed
  • Track project costs, assist with budgeting, and report potential cost or schedule impacts
  • Conduct periodic site visits to verify installation progress, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for customers and internal teams
  • Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
  • Participate in internal coordination, project kickoff, and development meetings
  • Identify risks early and escalate issues with recommended solutions
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and all applicable federal, state, local, industry, and company requirements

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience supporting or managing projects within the fire sprinkler or related construction industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, field and internal team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and grow into increased responsibility
  • Working knowledge of fire sprinkler systems or a demonstrated ability to learn rapidly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) or similar software
  • Bachelors is preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Business Admin or other related.
