This position exists to ensure the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of logistics and fulfillment projects that directly support client delivery and internal project success. Serving as the primary bridge between project coordinators, warehouse operations, and external logistics partners, this role owns timelines, accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all fulfillment activities. In this role, you lead end-to-end logistics projects-from kickoff through delivery-while developing and maintaining SOPs, managing documentation and budgets, and monitoring key performance metrics. You proactively solve problems, anticipate client and operational needs, and drive process improvements that enhance accuracy, safety, and the overall client experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment, enjoy collaborating across teams, and take pride in operational excellence, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible, tangible impact every day.
