Overview

We're looking for a brand leader who knows how to get things done - and how to help others look good doing it. As Manager, Brand, you'll be the day-to-day owner of the RMR and Tremont brands and driver of marketing and PR activities across the RMR platform, helping shape strategy and manage execution across a wide range of initiatives.

You'll work closely with our leadership team, external agencies, and across shared services teams to ensure that each initiative lands with impact. If you like a mix of strategy, project management, and hands-on work - and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - this might be your gig.



Responsibilities

    Manage day-to-day marketing activities across the RMR platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Manage the profile raising initiative for the firm's subject matter experts
  • Partner with Internal Communications and HR to drive employee engagement with the RMR brand
  • Act as point person with our external PR agencies - ensuring alignment, tracking progress, and maximizing outcomes
  • Develop insights that feed our content team's pipeline
  • Create assets from pitch decks to website updates to email communications to toolkits
  • Report on the performance of campaigns, initiatives, and brand health weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Act as a brand liaison and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to ensure cohesive execution in messaging across channels


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years managing cross-functional marketing programs
  • Comfortable working directly with executives and external partners
  • Strong project management and organizational skills - able to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker who also rolls up sleeves to get work done
  • Excellent writer and communicator - can distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messages
  • Familiarity with real estate, private equity, or investment management strongly preferred
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset

The estimated base compensation range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000 per year. RMR considers several components including an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and market data.
