Summary
The Equipment and Reliability Engineer improves asset reliability and process performance to deliver sustained gains in OEE and cost. Working in close partnership with Operations and Maintenance, this role applies engineering judgment and data-driven analysis to eliminate repeat failures, strengthen equipment capability, and support equipment upgrades and installations. The role requires hands-on technical leadership to drive problem solving, implement reliability improvements, and influence consistent execution across the plant. Execute reliability improvements that reduce unplanned downtime, improve sleeving OEE, and sustain gains through disciplined PMs, rebuild plans, and standard work-while supporting Platform Managers and Maintenance with technical depth and follow-through. The salary range for this full-time position is$82,500.00-$153,500.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
