Job Summary We are currently hiring a B2B Growth Marketer for our Shared Services Marketing and Talent Journey team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for building demand programs that drive measurable sales pipeline and revenue. You will own the full demand generation strategy - from campaign objectives, targeting and design through execution and performance optimization - serving as the primary driver of B2B marketing outcomes for Staffmark Group. Essential Duties Your Day-to-Day Leadership Includes Activities Such as These: Demand Strategy & Program Development
- Design and implement end-to-end B2B demand generation programs aligned to sales pipeline and revenue goals.
- Build campaign frameworks, lead flows, and foundational processes where limited structure exists today.
- Translate business priorities into clear, actionable demand strategies.
Campaign Execution & Optimization (Hands-On)
- Own the day-to-day execution of multi-channel B2B campaigns, including email, paid media, social, landing pages, and nurture programs.
- Launch, test, and optimize campaigns for specific audiences, industries, and buyer stages.
- Continuously improve performance through testing, experimentation, and data-driven iteration.
Creative & Content Ownership
- Own campaign messaging, value propositions, and content development across the demand funnel.
- Write and build core campaign assets directly, including email copy, ad copy, landing page content, and sales enablement materials.
- Partner with internal and external creative resources to scale production, refine design, and ensure brand alignment without losing speed or accountability.
Measurement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Define KPIs and reporting to measure demand, pipeline impact, and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data to inform optimization and investment decisions.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align demand programs with go-to-market priorities.
