Job Summary

Designs, documents, tests, and enables enterprise sales systems and processes that drive revenue growth,profitability, and longterm customer success. This role ensures sales technology aligns with strategic objectives,standardized processes, and measurable performance outcomes. Serving as the primary advocate for sales, therole represents sales and customer needs during system changes and transformation initiatives, acting as a keyliaison between Sales, ITS, and crossfunctional partners. Through leadership of the Digital Sales Enablementteam, this role drives system adoption, datadriven insights, trainings and continuous improvement to supportsustainable growth and strong customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advises sales leadership and business stakeholders on commercial systems, digital capabilities, and processoptimization to support sales strategy, scalability, and enterprise growth.
  • Manages endtoend sales requirements for new and existing sales applications, partnering with Sales,crossfunctional teams, and IT to define, document, and prioritize solutions that align with One Southwiresystem standards while supporting commercial and operational objectives.
  • Leads root cause analysis and resolution for system defects and enhancement requests using deep knowledgeof applications, business processes, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Coordinates processes and assignments to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks while maintaininga focus on delivering results within budget and resources.
  • Defines project terms and sets clear objectives and expectations for sales initiatives, ensuring alignment withbroader organizational goals and departmental priorities
  • Implements sales and systemenabled processes and analytics that enhance sales performance, strengthencustomer engagement, and support growth across new and existing markets.
  • Leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on behalf of Sales by coordinating testing activities, validatingresults, and providing final business approval prior to system transport and mass deployment.
  • Evaluates KPIs and Metrics, providing feedback and guidance to improve individual and team salesachievements while identifying areas for further development and training.
  • Directs workflow across the sales team, balancing priorities and resources to ensure efficient execution oftasks and maximize overall team productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, industry standards, and regulatoryrequirements while managing sales efforts and promoting ethical business practices.
  • Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential incontributing to the department's goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Required Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
