The Plant Manager position in our Operations department in Kingston, PA supervises production supervisors, monitors and maintains quality and productivity, sets up the work flow and employee staffing, schedules employees, orders supplies, ensures machinery is operating properly, inventories linen by department, directly supervises employees, reviews attendance and productivity, and disciplines employees. Additional information: This position will be based out of Kingston, PA. They will be responsible for working the following schedule: The normal hours for this position are 8am-5pm at our Kingston location but must be able to travel to attend conferences, training and other events as required in fulfilling the responsibilities of the position as well as flexibility to meet shift and department needs. The expected travel for this position is 90% in office and 10% travel to corporate office and on-call as needed.
