Overview

Tableau Developer with strong data quality and analysis expertise to design, develop, and maintain highquality dashboards and analytics solutions. The role focuses on translating complex data into trusted, actionable insights. You will be proactively identifying, analyzing, and improving data quality across source systems and reporting layers.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for business, operational, and management audiences

  • Translate business requirements into intuitive, performant, and visually consistent dashboards

  • Optimize Tableau workbooks for performance, scalability, and usability

  • Apply best practices for dashboard design, data visualization, and user experience

Skills You'll Need

  • Strong experience developing dashboards in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud

  • Proven experience in data quality analysis, data validation, and reconciliation

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets

  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and trust

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $85,000 to $129,500.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
