| JOB SUMMARY |
Assists the Controller with overseeing all employees involved in the accounting process, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, and compliance.

| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- Four-year business/accounting degree with advanced degree or CPA preferred
|
| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Assist in the development, implementation and/or maintenance of corporate accounting systems related to collection and analysis of costs and/or budgets.
- Prepare or assists in the preparation of general accounting and financial documents for divisions, subsidiaries, or company.
- Prepare various cost/statistical reports (i.e., fringe benefit cost analysis, administrative overhead expense reports, corporate budgets, etc.) for corporate management as required.
- Ensure compliance with State and local sales and use tax requirements.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly sales and use tax returns and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly payroll tax returns.
- Perform and participate in internal, external audits.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws including Sarbanes Oxley.
- Ability to travel.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

| KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES |
- Extensive experience and knowledge of all aspects of corporate accounting and financial management required.
- Thorough knowledge of all relevant Federal, State, and local requirements regarding financial records and benefit compliance.
- Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Requires a positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal and external customers.
- Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills are essential.
- Must maintain confidentiality and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
