CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP) is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team in one of our CLA locations.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to our internal clients-Managing Principals, Regional Managing Principals, and hiring leaders-leading fullcycle recruiting across multiple disciplines, levels, and geographies.

You'll partner closely with hiring leaders to translate business and high volume talent needs into clear hiring strategies, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer close. As both a consultant and relationship manager, you'll balance client priorities with market insight, sound judgment, and a high bar for talent.

What you'll do:

  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, consulting on role design, offer negotiation, and close
  • Partner with internal clients and leaders to shape hiring strategies, build pipelines, and drive timely decisions
  • Proactively source and assess candidates using digital tools, referrals, and market intelligence
  • Guide interview teams, facilitate debriefs, and ensure a consistent, highquality hiring experience
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while effectively advising internal clients throughout the process

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency, precision, and sound judgment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

  • 4 years of experience recruiting in a corporate recruiting or staffing environment required.
  • Experience recruiting for public accounting or professional services roles strongly preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Degree in human resources or related field preferred.

Additional:

  • Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) experience (Controllers, Assistant Controllers, CFOs) strongly preferred.
  • Workday experience strongly preferred
