Job Description:
  • The Customer Order Administrator is a support role for the Intertrade Sales Team.
  • The Order Administrator is the principal customer contact for all sales orders and tertiary support functions for the sales team.
  • The Customer Order Administrator performs a variety of simple to complex sales order entry and order administration support activities for the sales team.
  • Assignments involve the understanding of, and the application of departmental procedures, standard work, Global Trade processes / requirements and workflow activities.
  • The Customer Account Coordinator works to ensure that deliverables are shipped and invoiced as required by Intertrade and customer commitments.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Creation and oversight of sales orders against established requirements.
  • Facilitate & monitor exchange orders, warranty requests, credits, & purchase requests.
  • Processing additional administrative tasks relating to sale/credit of material.
  • Interact internally with sales, product line, repairs, finance, global trade and purchasing per the requirements of the position.
  • Communicate with customers both internal and external to transactional resolution.
  • Manage general sales support email inbox ensuring proper routing to sales support account owner.
  • Manage general sales support email inbox ensuring orders are processed as received and customers' requests are completed.
  • Ensure established Global Trade policies and requirements are adhered to for global exports.
  • Ensure established DOC / DOS license requirements are adhered to for global exports.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of procedures and processes across all departments.

Citizenship:
  • Candidates must be US citizens.
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Role: Is hybrid, but first 2 months are REQUIRED ONSITE for training (this is non-negotiable)- they will not be paid for travel if they need to come in from out of town.
