Role Overview PIMCO is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Vice President, Senior Compliance Officer to lead critical components of the firm's global compliance program. This high impact leadership role focuses on Central Compliance oversight, regulatory excellence, and enterprise level program execution, while supporting targeted transformation efforts that strengthen the effectiveness and scalability of the compliance function. As a senior leader within the Compliance organization, you will oversee core regulatory frameworks, mentor and develop talent, strengthen governance and risk management practices, and partner across global regions to enhance the effectiveness and resilience of the compliance program. You will regularly communicate compliance strategy, risk insights, and program status to senior leadership and external stakeholders, reinforcing PIMCO's commitment to integrity, transparency, and risk excellence. This role is well suited for a compliance executive who brings deep regulatory expertise, strong leadership capability, and a pragmatic approach to driving disciplined change and modernization where it meaningfully improves compliance outcomes.
