Job Description: As the Sr NOC Training & Standards Program Manager, you'll lead the development and management of training programs that ensure Network Operations Control (NOC) and Dispatch Employees are fully trained, qualified, and supported to perform their roles safely and effectively. You'll oversee Dispatcher training and standards programs in alignment with FAA regulations and Southwest policies, develop and maintain training curricula and manuals, and support qualification management across the operation. Working closely with Dispatch Leaders and operational teams, you'll answer questions from the floor, provide daytoday guidance, and occasionally instruct training sessions ranging from oneonone support to classroom settings. Through strong collaboration, clear standards, and effective training, you'll directly support safe, compliant, and efficient airline operations within the NOC. Additional details

Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $125,900 per year to $139,900 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
