Optum Life Sciences is seeking a highly accomplished Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer in a complex, fast paced, and highly visible environment. This role is critical to the effectiveness of the CEO and the broader Optum Life Sciences leadership team, requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic enterprise setting. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO in addition to the Chief Experience Officer and Chief Health Officer enabling seamless operations, optimizing time and priorities, and facilitating effective communication and coordination across Optum, UnitedHealth Group, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a solid executive presence, advanced organizational skills, and the ability to operate with confidence at the most senior levels of the organization. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from the Central or East Coast as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minnetonka, MN or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities:

The hourly pay for this role will range from $35.48 to $62.60 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
