Position Summary This position supports the goals and responsibilities of PSPM Facility Information Management (FIM) services through maintaining accurate floor plans, archiving and retrieving construction documents and other facility records, and assisting with other projects as assigned. Duties & Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications Must be enrolled in a graduate program in UIC's College of Engineering. Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator experience a plus. Capable of incorporating feedback and direction quickly and efficiently. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Strong interpersonal and commmunication skills. Additional Details: Incoming Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Construction Management graduate students are strongly preferred.
