Their contributions are essential to creating a positive, enriching environment for the animals in our care. The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining volunteers to support all aspects of MCACC's operations. This role involves assigning volunteers to appropriate work areas, ensuring they understand the organizational structure, and providing them with the tools, training, and support needed for success. The position is fully in-person and requires a strong customer service presence during all working hours.
