The Brand Operations Manager will build and streamline the systems and workflows that power our marketing and creative teams. This role connects strategy to execution-ensuring projects move efficiently while meeting brand, packaging, and multi-state compliance standards.

Your Impact:

• Build and manage workflows that guide projects from brief through production and delivery
• Create structure across marketing and creative processes, including briefs, intake, and approvals
• Align cross-functional teams on timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Own digital asset management, ensuring assets are organized, accessible, and audit-ready
• Manage vendors and packaging operations, driving consistency, quality, and accountability
• Integrate compliance into workflows to meet multi-state cannabis regulations
• Track budgets and provide clear reporting on projects, vendors, and performance

Your Strengths:

• Experience in brand, marketing, or creative operations (cannabis experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of workflows, process building, and project management
• Knowledge of cannabis marketing, packaging, and compliance requirements
• Experience managing vendors and external partners
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Collaborative and able to work across teams
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
