Overview
Are you interested in how local governments fund real-world infrastructure projects? Curious about how grants support roads, water systems, public buildings, and community improvements? Our Grants Department is seeking a highly motivated Grants Intern for Summer 2026 in our Holmdel, NJ office to support exciting, impactful work at the intersection of public funding, municipal engineering, and community development. This internship offers hands-on experience working alongside experienced grant professionals who help public clients secure funding for critical projects. Responsibilities As a Grants Intern, you'll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of public-sector grant work, including the following responsibilities:

Interns also complete a series of reflections, problem solving activities, contests, drawings, and create end of summer presentations which help showcase their learning and experiences. Additional networking and trainings specific to the students' areas of study are also made available to students throughout the Summer Internship program. Our internship program is designed to help grow our organization organically with talented individuals starting their careers all over the country. On average, we make full-time, permanent offers to students approaching graduation within a year more than 50% of the time.
