Full Time Requirements
* At least 18 years of age
* College student, preferably in the field of Finance or Accounting * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Good communication skills * Detail oriented and ability to multi-task * Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy * Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment Job Description
* Assist with day to day activities within the office
* Prepare various monthly reconciliations * Sort and file reconciliations * Review invoices for proper approval * Run and process department reports * Answer phones * File necessary paperwork * Assist with coordinating events and completing office errands as needed * Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements:
* Must be flexible in order to file/retrieve contract folders * Operation of office machinery * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs FNBT is an equal opportunity employer.
