Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Corporate headquarters in downtown Lancaster, PA.

This role is responsible for strategic support and day-to-day management of a portfolio of our Commercial products/services (Digital Solutions, Payments & Fraud Solutions, Liquidity & Receivables Solutions, Loan Solutions). This individual will be critical to ensuring that commercial products/solutions are managed effectively, and execution of strategic initiatives is completed. Will coordinate with key business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable strategies to drive growth within the commercial bank.



Responsibilities

    Serves as the individual responsible for day-to-day management of products/solutions, to include issue triage, troubleshooting and resolution of system/technical issues, communication with business stakeholders, and support of sales teams during periods of service disruption.
  • Serves as the individual responsible for leading/coordinating the release management process for each product/solution, updating documentation, and ensuring that business stakeholders are advised of potential impacts.
  • Leads/coordinates UA/QA testing for periodic releases that are integrated with and/or impact assigned products/services, updating documentation, and ensuring that business stakeholders are advised of potential impacts.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert for each assigned product/solution in providing support to the sales teams, to include engagement with customers, support of RFP/RFI prep, and coordination of any training efforts related to each assigned product/solution.
  • Serves as the primary point of escalation ("Tier 3") for customer support, particularly with respect to high-value commercial customers.
  • Supports the Commercial Product Solutions Manager in developing and analyzing data sets to assess the performance of each assigned product/solution.


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business, finance, or related field. (Required)

Experience

5 or more years business/commercial banking. (Required)

2 or more years financial products and services. (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, with a focus on commercial banking (Required)
  • Strong understanding of core banking systems and integrations (Required)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (Preferred)
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management (Preferred)
  • Ability to analyze data sets and product metrics (Preferred)
  • Understanding of enabling technologies (API, RPA, etc.) (Preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (Preferred)

Pay Transparency

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The salary range for this position is $72,500.00 - $120,800.00 annually. Additional Compensation Components This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
