Job Description:
What You'll Do:
As an Electronic Lab Technician I, you will play a vital role in supporting the research and development of electronic systems and components. You will assist engineers in conducting experiments, testing prototypes, and troubleshooting electronic prototypes , cable harnesses, and EV related components to ensure functionality and performance.

Functions:
*Assist in the assembly, testing, and calibration of electronic/electrical prototypes and devices. Conduct experiments and tests under the guidance of engineers , following established procedures and protocols.
*Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic equipment and instruments. Record and analyze test data, documenting observations and findings accurately.
*Assist in the preparation of technical reports, summaries, and presentations.
*Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab space, ensuring proper storage and handling of equipment and materials.
*Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications:
*Associate degree or technical certificate in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
*1-3 years of experience in a laboratory or technical environment, preferably in electronics.
*Basic understanding of electronic principles and components.
*Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators).
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in conducting experiments and recording data.
*Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively in a team environment. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:
*Familiarity with soldering and circuit board assembly techniques.
