Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Professional Counselor Location: Sikeston, MO 63801 Duration: 9 months to Long Term Shift: Standard day shift Job Responsibilities:. This is a licensed professional position accountable for providing clinical therapy services to persons with mental illness and/or intellectual or developmental disabilities. Completes comprehensive case histories concerning the clients' social, environmental, and economic backgrounds to inform diagnoses and treatment planning. Develops individualized treatment plans based on individuals' goals and provides ongoing individual and/or group therapy using evidence-based modalities. Responsible for monitoring client progress and working collaboratively with other disciplines to address potential barriers to client treatment. Required: Active LCSW license BLS/CPR
