MRA (The Management Association) is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. In this full-time hybrid role, you will support members across various industries with a broad range of HR Support, which may include training, recruitment, and business development. The mix within this blended role will depend upon your skills and experience. Your ability to drive impactful HR solutions and build trusted relationships with member companies will be crucial in helping them meet their HR goals. Key Responsibilities: * HR & Payroll Support: Provide full-cycle HR and payroll services to member organizations ranging from 10 to 10,000 employees. This includes: o Coaching and advising leadership on employee relations and performance management o Employee life-cycle management (recruitment, onboarding, retention, etc.) o HR compliance (federal, state, and local laws) o Developing employee handbooks o Conducting HR & payroll audits o Performing 3rd party investigations o Implementing HR systems and integrations o Managing job architecture projects o Payroll processing and administration o Benefits Administration Policy interpretation and implementation o Contribute to the development of content for publications, and represent MRA through recorded and live speaking engagements (webinars, podcasts, in-person events). o Maintain accurate service records and submit semi-monthly time reports.
