Materials Support Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides materials distribution support services in the areas of shelving, inventorying, picking and replenishment and order processing for delivery to assigned areas within the medical center. Uses Lawson Handheld Terminals to enter count and update delivery status.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

• Work requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

• Work requires 3-12 months of experience in shipping or receiving, material handling, or maintaining inventory.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Work requires demonstrated ability to read and write English, perform basic math, and communicate well verbally and in writing.

• Work requires lifting and pushing. Is Able to lift at a minimum of 60lbs/box and push 300lbs.

Compensation Range:

This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
