.NET Developer REMOTE Pay From; $115,000 Per Year MUST: Public Trust active Experienced .Net Developer MCSD (Preferred) or MCP (Preferred) DICOM Integration Professional or Certified Imaging Informatics Professional preferred. .NET Developer with a minimum of 5 - 10 yrs in software development. Exp with Veterans Affair required PIV card preferred DICOM( Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine ) Exp required VistImage Experience required or commercial PACS, and PACS Integration highly desired Experience with Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET MVC (Razor), JavaScript, Web API, JSON, XML, SQL, PowerShell, HTML5 Image Viewers, SOAP UI or Postman . Req Experience with imaging standards and integration including:DICOM, QIDO-RS / WADO-RS FHIR (Imaging Resource & Diagnostic Report),LOINC.Cerner CAMM / iCache or Cerner Imaging Integrations,MUSE / ECG integration Experience supporting large-scale government or healthcare IT systems Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and source control practices. Able to program on legacy software in C# and JavaScript daily. AWS Experience Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework. Strong knowledge of web development technologies (ASP.NET, MVC, Web API). Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. BS degree preferred. DUTIES: Supporting the VA and collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to clarify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain application code and database solutions. Support system operations by identifying, researching, and resolving production and performance issues. Work under general direction while exercising independent judgment on new and existing functionality. Participate in ongoing maintenance, feature enhancements, and development of enterprise systems. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering system capacity, performance, and desired outcomes. Interface directly with customers for requirements gathering, troubleshooting, validation, and support. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to colleagues and customers. Provide regular status updates and proactively escalate risks or issues to leadership. Refactor, optimize, and enhance legacy code for improved performance, maintainability, and scalability. Evaluate, recommend, and support integration of new or replacement software solutions. Support software upgrades and enhancements. Utilize source control tools to manage software versions and code integrity.
