Position Location This is a hybrid position in Washington, DC. The role requires working onsite 3 days per week. Job Overview Chugach Dynamic Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly qualified NICRA Specialist to support the Cost and Audit Support Division within the USAID Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA). The NICRA Specialist will negotiate, draft, and monitor Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreements (NICRAs) for organizations for which USAID is the cognizant agency. The position ensures compliance with applicable federal regulations and provides advisory services to Contracting and Agreement Officers on indirect cost matters. This position is hybrid.
