We are looking for our next great team member to join us as a Human Resource Coordinator in our People and Culture department. We are committed to providing you with: Highly competitive wages Marriott Syracuse Downtown seeks a Human Resource Coordinator to conduct day to day operation of the hotel People and Culture department which includes but not limited to: Creating a positive environment focusing on associate recognition, greet and communicate effectively in a timely fashion with internal and external guests to the People and Culture department, assisting with Crescent and hotel brand training to foster positive attitudes towards company culture and goals, respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs and escalating associate concerns and issues. 1 - 2 years: Experience working in an office setting required. Experience working in Human Resources preferred. (required)
