Therapist - Part-Time (30 hrs/week, Benefit Eligible)

Brown County CCS Program

Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI (LSS) is seeking a part-time, benefit-eligible Therapist (30 hours/week) to join our Brown County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) team. This role provides individual and family therapy, parent education, and skill-building services for children, adults, and families.

Services are provided in the community, including client homes, schools, offices, and other community settings, and require frequent travel within Brown County and some evening hours based on client need.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family and couples psychotherapy
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
  • Deliver psychoeducation, parent education, and individual skillbuilding services
  • Utilize trauma-informed, person- and family-centered, evidence-based practices
  • Participate in recovery teams and consult with multidisciplinary providers
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation within regulatory and payer requirements
  • Actively engage in required clinical supervision and professional development
  • Maintain a flexible schedule that meets client needs, including evenings


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work (mental health track), Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Practicum experience aligned with services LSS provides
  • Eligible for Wisconsin licensure "in training" (APS, LPC-IT, MFT-IT, or equivalent)
  • Some positions may require Substance Abuse Certification
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet LSS driving requirements
