Position Title: Chemist

Work Location: North Chicago, IL 60064

Assignment Duration: 12 Months

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Summary: 100% onsite role - candidates must be local or able to relocate and work onsite daily. Role supports Analytical Development (PDS&T) for biologics, including ADCs and monoclonal antibodies.

Background & Context: Work will be performed in a GMP laboratory environment. Role split: ~50% laboratory support activities, ~50% routine analytical testing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lab support responsibilities include: Receiving chemicals, Placing orders, Restocking glassware, Performing balance checks.

* Lab testing responsibilities include: Visible particulate inspection (requires strong eyesight), Inspection of vials/bottles for particles, pH measurement, Protein content testing using UV-Vis.

* Candidate should be comfortable with hands-on lab work + operational tasks.

Qualification & Experience:

* BS in Chemistry (or related field).

* 0-2 years of lab experience (academic or industry).

* Routine lab techniques: Sample preparation, Weighing, Pipetting, pH measurement, Solution preparation.

* Ability to execute established methods independently after training.

* Ability to multitask and work within timelines. * Experience maintaining lab notebooks in compliance with GMP/GLP.

* Strong attention to detail. * Good eyesight (critical for particle inspection tasks).
