What to Expect As an Electrical Lead, Construction you will drive daily field execution for the Self Perform Construction team. You will direct craft labor, support crew performance, and ensure alignment with project schedules, safety standards, and company expectations. This leadership role bridges field execution and construction management through active participation in electrical installation activities.
