What to Expect

The Global Cellular Billing Analyst - IT Operations, will be responsible for monitoring all vendor invoices and real time rate plan / cellular line changes. This role at it's core will scrutinize all cellular spend and create initiatives and processes to drive down cellular costs.The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for data analytics, cost savings, and have experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.


What You'll Do
  • Receive all invoices from cellular vendors globally
  • Manage unbilled usage alerts
  • Conduct Monthly Rate Plan Analysis on all vendors
  • Request / confirm rate plan changes monthly with vendors
  • Identify Zero usage lines
  • Confirm submission / payment of invoices monthly
  • Request custom use price plans based on analysis and engage vendors daily for various cost savings actions
  • Tracking issues via ticketing system andDevice Issue Support
  • Vendor onboarding Support and inventory management
  • Follow up correspondence on all open credit / account change requests with vendors

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in 5G/LTE & CBRS Radio Access Network
  • Excellent Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of RF principles, cellular technologies, and RF tools
  • Experience with private wireless client applications and proof-of-concepts (e.g., AGV, wireless torque tools, laptops, tablets, scanners, cameras, PLC communications)
  • Experience with enterprise wireless solutions, including core network troubleshooting and data-driven diagnostics
  • Experience with scripting to automate infrastructure deployment, collect metrics, and set up alerts for key performance indicators
  • Ability to provide and maintain current vendor billing, employee enrollment reporting
  • Strong vendor negotiation skills
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)

    Expected Compensation
    $116,000 - $246,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
