What to Expect We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to support our end-to-end battery cell supply chain development for all Tesla products. This role will report to our Supply Chain Group Manager and in parallel be an activesourcingresource supporting our various Engineering groups within Tesla. The Battery Cell SCM plays a pivotal role in shaping Tesla's future product roadmap, battery cell sourcing, and overall supply chain strategy. This position demands high engagement in battery design and manufacturing processes to make decisions aligned with Tesla's best interests. Tesla is afast moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. The successful candidate will be a self-starter;motivated with overall strategic sourcingexpertise. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
