Position Overview:
The Gift Processing Coordinator is a contracted position through June 2028 to support the gift administration team as they process an increased volume of gifts made to PIH. The team of 4 full-time staff members is currently processing 250,000+ gifts from 70,000+ unique donors annually. The Gift Processing Coordinator will be assigned with gift entry and donor data upkeep in PIH's central fundraising database, Salesforce, and will be responsible for processing a variety of batches, performing complex data imports, and serving as primary backup of check deposits at the PIH Boston office. Prior experience in data entry is preferred.

The starting salary for new hires in this position is $47,380/year and is non-negotiable.
