Job Summary:

The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing employee schedules, and enforcing company policies. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are essential to support a productive work environment and deliver excellent customer service.

Job Duties:

* Models Unifi's Safety goals, mission, vision and values and promotes adherence through various methods of communication.

* Leads and supports an employee-engaged culture.

* Oversees and coordinates Airport Shuttle Service activities to ensure a safe, reliable, efficient and effective operation.

* Monitors and enforces safe and compliant working environment in accordance with TSA, DOT, USPS and OSHA regulations and all applicable laws.

* Enforces Company policies and procedures including corrective action and promotes Unifi policy on Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Harassment and diversity initiatives.

* Assists in recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties.

* Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational and financial performance of assigned shift/station.

* Promotes team building initiatives and performs coaching/mentoring activities to develop and motivate team members.

* Ensures information is communicated in a clear, comprehensive manner.

* Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards

* Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.

* Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience, and capabilities expected for this position.

Qualifications:

* High School diploma or GED.

* Must be at least 18 years of age.

* Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.

* Possess a valid in-state Commercial Driver's License (Class A/B) plus Passenger Endorsement.

Physical requirements:

* Must be able to constantly lift, move up to 70 lbs; Frequently lift, move weights greater than 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel and bend.

Working conditions:

* Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.

* Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.

* Must be able to work in an office bound environment.
