Job Summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Global QMS and QC Labs Senior Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives across all global sites.

About the Role

The Global QMS and QC Labs Senior Manager will report to the Global QMS and TSQ Head and serve as the global process owner for key QMS elements including CAPA, Change Control, Document Management/Training, and QC Laboratories. This role partners cross-functionally with Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, Legal, Sales, and IT to ensure all regulatory standards and GMP requirements are consistently implemented and maintained across all regions and product categories, including Medical Devices, Drugs/Homeopathics, Food/Feed/SPD, Nutritional Supplements, Cosmetics, and Household products.

This position is responsible for setting global quality strategy, driving harmonized processes and systems, establishing performance metrics for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) reporting, and influencing compliance and risk management decisions across the organization. The role manages a team of 7, including 3 direct reports, and has indirect influence over approximately 60 global stakeholders.

Work Environment

Hybrid: The role will be based in Princeton, NJ and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Global Process Owner for CAPA, providing strategic direction and ensuring effective design, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes

  • Lead and provide strategic direction to Global Leads of Change Control, Document Management/Training, and QC Laboratories

  • Support due diligence and integration activities for acquisitions into global Quality Systems, including risk identification and mitigation

  • Develop and implement global training programs and change management strategies to ensure consistent QMS adoption

  • Collaborate with IT to select, implement, and optimize electronic QMS systems

  • Identify and mitigate process risks, establish escalation pathways, and lead root cause analysis efforts

  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, Regulatory, IT, and Legal to enhance QMS effectiveness

  • Establish and report standardized QMS performance metrics to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)

  • Support regional and site leaders in QMS implementation and training to ensure global alignment

  • Advocate for resources and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen QMS performance

  • Mentor and develop global and regional quality leaders

Education and Experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field

  • 12+ years of relevant technical experience with a demonstrated track record

  • 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience

  • Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and quality systems

  • Experience working across multiple regulated industries such as consumer products, medical devices, food, dietary supplements, or pharmaceuticals

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading global quality systems and cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong understanding of ISO13485 and MDSAP requirements

  • Experience working with electronic QMS platforms and enterprise systems

Compensation and Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,200-$185,400. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
