Genesis10 is currently seeking an AI Product Manager for a hybrid position (3 days/week in office) located in Chicago, IL. This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity. Pay range: $89.00 - $99.00 per hour, W2, depending on skill and experience level. As an AI Product Manager, you will own the vision and delivery of products that improve how underwriting work gets done-from submission intake and data extraction to workflow automation and decision support. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where success depends on your ability to connect business needs with technology and drive adoption across diverse stakeholder groups. What You'll Do Define and evolve product vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI-enabled underwriting solutions Partner closely with underwriting, operations, and technology teams to identify opportunities and drive outcomes Translate business needs into product requirements, backlogs, and iterative releases Lead stakeholder conversations, align priorities, and drive adoption of new capabilities Collaborate with engineering, data, and vendor partners to deliver scalable solutions Analyze product performance and continuously refine based on business impact What You Bring 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in workflow-heavy or operational environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills-ability to influence without authority Experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think both strategically and tactically Nice to Have Experience with AI/ML, automation, or document processing solutions Background in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries What Sets You Apart You thrive in ambiguity and can move initiatives forward without perfect information You build trust quickly and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics You bring energy, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
