Lathrop GPM is actively seeking a qualified associate attorney with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as experience in corporate governance and general business law, to join our Business Transactions practice group in Minneapolis.

The current anticipated salary range is $200,000+. Actual initial salary may be above or below the identified range and will be based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors consistent with applicable law. A full comprehensive benefit plan is provided and includes health care, retirement plan, parental leave, and short/long term disability.

Active Minnesota attorney bar license required. The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
