Now Hiring: Entry-Level Facilities Technician \| 1st Shift Plainfield, IN \| $20/hr \| Monday-Friday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) Environment: Cold room Storage Apply now: Send your resume to Stoneh@acarasolutions.com What You'll Be Doing: Keep the facility running smoothly by maintaining and repairing equipment and systems Troubleshoot and work hands-on with conveyors, stretch wrappers, and carton erectors Perform preventive maintenance across the distribution center Handle general facility upkeep-patching, painting, hardware repairs, and replacements Support cleanliness and upkeep of the building and surrounding grounds Jump in on miscellaneous maintenance tasks to support daily operations What Makes You a Great Fit: Interest or experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems Basic understanding of preventive maintenance practices Comfortable using hand and power tools Eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Some Saturdays required based on workload Why This Role?
