Job Summary

The Associate Executive Recruiter supports the execution of executive recruiting activities at CDW by providing high-quality coordination, research, sourcing support, and operational excellence. This role works closely with Executive Recruiters and HR stakeholders to ensure a seamless, professional, and high-touch experience for executive candidates and internal partners.
This position is ideal for an early-career recruiting professional seeking exposure to executive-level talent acquisition while developing foundational skills in executive search operations, research, and sourcing under the guidance of senior recruiters.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate complex interview scheduling for executive-level candidates across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Manage candidate logistics including interview itineraries, travel coordination, and meeting materials.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Prepare interview packets, candidate profiles, and briefing materials.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS, CRM, and executive search tracking tools.
  • Support offer-related logistics, background checks, and pre-employment workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to confidentiality and governance standards.
  • Conduct executive-level sourcing and research using LinkedIn Recruiter and related tools.
  • Support development of executive talent pipelines through research and outreach.
  • Assist with market mapping and competitive research.
  • Develop candidate research summaries to support search efforts.
  • Search Operations & Process Support
  • Support execution of executive searches through coordination and tracking.
  • Assist with initial candidate screening under guidance of senior recruiters.
  • Track pipeline activity and search milestones.
  • Follow established recruiting processes and suggest improvements.

What we expect of you
Minimum basic requirements

  • Bachelors degree OR 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or sourcing roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools.

Preferred skills, experience and qualities

  • Exposure to executive-level recruiting environments.
  • Experience supporting multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Interest in developing executive recruiting capabilities.

Pay range: $ 58,000-$80,400 depending on experience and skill set
