Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Performs contract administration and procurement support activities.
  • Prepares and reviews solicitation packages, contracts, and modifications.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable acquisition regulations and policies.
  • Coordinates with program and technical personnel on procurement requirements.
  • Supports contract closeout activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):



  • Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR)
  • Ability to prepare and review procurement documents
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to ensure compliance with acquisition policies
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication skills


Minimum/General Experience:



  • 4 years to 6 years of related experience


Minimum Education:



  • BS/BA degree in Business, Acquisition, or related field (or equivalent)
