Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Coordinator for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This is an onsite position.

This role involves project coordination for technology implementations, upgrades, decommissions, and recovery using enterprise change tools and guidelines. The ideal candidate will balance soft skills, technical requirements, and scheduling to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions while managing project expectations with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technology implementations, upgrades, and decommissions using Enterprise Change tools
  • Work with Change Requestors across various lines of business to ensure submissions align with execution requirements
  • Balance soft skills, technical requirements, scheduling, and milestone delivery
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with management, team members, and stakeholders
  • Work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
  • Ensure adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft M365 Products, Meeting Space Applications, and/or Telepresence technologies
  • Experience with Change Management Tools (i.e., Remedy/ServiceNow) and deployment methodologies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Productivity Tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook/Teams/OneDrive, Copilot)
  • Adaptive learning capability to utilize new systems and/or processes
  • Must be a self-starter who can work with little to no supervision
  • Possess a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp an understanding of multiple AITs within Collaboration and Productivity

Desired skills:

  • Prior experience working in a large company in a technology role
  • Experience with Risk Management
  • Project Management skills

Pay range: $50.39 - $58.39 per hour
