Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Case Management & Participant Services

  • Manage ahigh-volume caseloadof WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker participants.
  • Conduct eligibility determinations, certifications, and enrollments into WIOA programs.
  • Complete assessments, Individual Employment Plans (IEPs), and career planning with participants.
  • Provide career counseling, employment guidance, and referrals to training and supportive services.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with participants to support progress toward employment and training goals.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Enteraccurate case notes and documentation in the case management system the same day services are provided.
  • Maintain participant files in accordance withWIOA policies, monitoring standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure documentation clearly supports eligibility, services provided, and program outcomes.
  • Prepare files and documentation for internal reviews, monitoring, and audits.

Performance & Enrollment Goals

  • Meetweekly and monthly enrollment and service targets.
  • Contribute to program performance outcomes including:
    • Training enrollments
    • Employment placements
    • Credential attainment
    • Measurable Skills Gains
  • Maintain strong pipeline management to ensure continuous participant engagement and movement through services.

Employer & Training Coordination

  • Coordinate with Business Services staff and training providers to support participant employment and training opportunities.
  • Assist participants in identifying training programs aligned with in-demand occupations.

Team Collaboration

  • Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and program planning discussions.
  • Collaborate with partners including community organizations, adult education providers, and other workforce system partners.
Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, workforce development, or related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
  • Experience incase management, workforce development, employment services, or social services.
  • Ability to managemultiple priorities and a high-volume caseloadin a fast-paced environment.
  • Strongdocumentation and data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to meetperformance expectations and program deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working withWIOA programs or other workforce development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with workforce case management systems and performance reporting.
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing employment barriers.

Additional Information

Hourly $21.23- 37.5 hour work week (75 hours per pay period)
