The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Cost Accountant / Senior Financial Analyst to partner directly with our Multi-Site Plant Controller.

This role offers the opportunity to support a highly dynamic and growing manufacturing portfolio. You will play a critical role in driving a major growth phase at our injection molding facility in Turtle Lake, WI, while also supporting the financial integration of a newly acquired plant in Addison, IL. What You'll Do




  • Acquisition & Growth Support:Play a hands-on role in integrating our newly acquired Addison facility onto Sanmina's financial systems, while building the forecast models needed to support rapid expansion in Turtle Lake.



  • Strategic Business Partnership:Consult with plant management, interpret operational data, and provide creative recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.



  • Cost Accounting & Operations:Gather and organize multi-source data from engineering, the shop floor, and accounting to track standard costs, analyze variances, and reconcile transactions.



  • Financial Close & Reporting:Actively assist in the monthly and quarterly financial close processes. Assemble sophisticated reports that summarize financial status, highlight historical trends, and identify potential risks.



  • Site Visits & Operational Alignment:Travel occasionally to Addison and Turtle Lake to walk the floor and connect with the local teams, ensuring your financial insights are grounded in operational realities.




Who You Are




  • Education & Experience:You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, paired with5-7years of proven analytical or cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.



  • Technical Proficiency:Your MS Excel skills are advanced (financial modeling, complex formulas, and manipulating large datasets), and you are highly proficient with financial software applications. Oracle knowledge is highly desirable.



  • Accounting Foundation:You have a solid, practical understanding of cost accounting principles, standard costing, forecasting, and month-end close mechanics.



  • Communication & Leadership:You have a strong ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data and present conclusions clearly to non-finance operational leaders.



  • Work Style:You have excellent time management skills and thrive in a dynamic, multi-site environment. You are highly adaptable and comfortable navigating the nuances of both a newly acquired plant and a fast-growing facility.

Salary Range(annual): $80,000 - $120,000 . Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
