About the Role

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact within a leading global organization? We're seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support financial accuracy, reporting, and compliance within a complex international trade environment.

In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Trade Compliance, helping ensure financial integrity across customs, tariffs, and VAT-related activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and enterprise systems while contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Accuracy



  • Collect, validate, and process financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Maintain clean, reliable datasets to support reporting and analysis


Financial Reporting



  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, including:


    • Customs tariffs

    • Brokerage fees
    • VAT liabilities


  • Assist in delivering insights tied to international trade activity


Analysis & Forecasting



  • Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and trend analysis
  • Support financial modeling and forecasting initiatives
  • Identify discrepancies and recommend data-driven solutions


Performance Monitoring



  • Track and analyze KPIs related to financial and trade performance
  • Contribute to budgeting and financial planning cycles


Reconciliation & Systems



  • Reconcile financial reports using SAP and Excel
  • Ensure alignment between system data and reported outputs


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Exposure to Power BI or data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with international trade, customs, or compliance reporting
