  • Develop deep user insights to inform product development and marketing strategies, advocating for an exceptional user experience.
  • Craft compelling product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies, adapting communications for diverse audiences.
  • Independently create and iterate high-quality marketing content, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely publication.
  • Determine research needs, scope, manage, and guide user research initiatives through internal and external partnerships.
  • Drive and manage medium-to-large-scale marketing campaigns, assets, and communications, analyzing performance for continuous optimization and target achievement.
