**Drive Impact as a Program Leader**

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a passion for orchestrating complex projects and fostering client success? We are seeking a talented individual to lead the charge in implementing cutting-edge solutions for new enterprise clients. In this role, you will be the linchpin connecting strategic vision with flawless execution, ensuring that every client journey is a testament to efficiency, innovation, and partnership. You will champion the client's needs, navigate cross-functional landscapes, and mitigate risks, all while contributing to the overall growth and success of a high-impact team.

**What You'll Do:**

* **Orchestrate Client Success:** Lead the complete implementation lifecycle for new enterprise clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition from initial sales engagement to full operational adoption of our solutions.

* **Champion the Client Voice:** Serve as the primary advocate for client needs, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and partnership teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve technical challenges, ensuring project timelines are met.

* **Govern Strategic Pilots:** Partner with clients to meticulously define the scope of pilot projects, develop comprehensive workback schedules, and manage all deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

* **Proactive Risk Management:** Identify potential implementation risks early, developing and executing strategic turnaround plans to prevent issues and ensure sustained client satisfaction.

* **Strategic Communication:** Translate intricate technical requirements into clear, compelling business value propositions for executive-level stakeholders, fostering understanding and alignment.

**What You'll Bring:**

* **Project Management Expertise:** 2-5 years of hands-on project management experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced startup or a large enterprise environment.

* **Customer-Centric Mindset:** A genuine passion for understanding and achieving customer business outcomes, going beyond mere task completion.

* **Exceptional Communication Skills:** Proven ability to articulate complex technical details into digestible, business-focused language for diverse audiences, including executive leadership.

* **Problem-Solving Acumen:** Demonstrated ability to proactively identify challenges, develop creative solutions, and drive them to successful resolution.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
