Responsibilities

Position Summary:
The Senior Paid Media Manager develops paid advertising strategies and oversees and executes
marketing campaigns across all Newport Healthcare paid media channels. The Senior Paid Media
Manager is responsible for supporting the Marketing Team via paid social execution across directto-consumer audiences and works closely with the marketing support for Clinical Outreach to
develop strategies and guide the execution of paid media for referent audiences. The Senior Paid
Media Manager manages the paid social media budget and is responsible for producing and
interpreting detailed analytics for leadership. This position is expected to understand the creative
discipline and strategies that lead to engagement growth and that meet KPIs.

Key Performance Responsibilities:
* Own management of paid and organic social media content and programmatic across
platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Quora, TikTok, Pinterest,
StackAdapt.
* Collaborate with AVP, Digital Marketing Director and other marketing team members on the
planning and implementation of paid media content, creative strategies, and brand
development initiatives to drive leads and generate conversions, consistent with overall
marketing strategic initiatives.
* Strategize, oversee production, manage, and execute paid media and content initiatives
across all existing and new paid media platforms, enacting agility in messaging and deepening
the brand experience online, ensuring paid efforts deliver in accordance with projected growth,
which includes a monthly content calendar and analysis of campaigns.
* Strategize and execute the paid media initiatives for leadership determined market entry and
market recovery to ensure lead generation in channels where Newport Healthcare does not
have or is developing a stronger presence.
* Act as the resident thought leader for paid media to develop strategies and execute
department-wide marketing analysis as it relates to lead generation.
* Oversee the day-to-day management of paid media channels for both direct-to-consumer and
referent audiences, working in collaboration across teams to ensure wise use of approved
budget to meet KPIs.
* Produce and create audience-appropriate visual imagery for media assets as needed,
collaborating with graphic designers and content developers as needed, to enhance social
media content across platforms, upholding all brand standards.
* Manage and post organic content as needed to support recruiting efforts and reflect company
announcements, earned media placements, and other company-related posts.
* Monitor comments closely and execute responses, provide proactive and engaging
communication with our followers and community as needed, and facilitate the resolution of
inquiries in a timely and creative manner by escalating issues to the Senior Director of
Communications and the Senior Marketing Director.
* Remain abreast of emerging platform trends, changes in audiences on each platform, new
features, and ways to increase audience engagement, as well as attend industry conferences
to learn of new best practices.
* Execute other digital support as needed.

Qualifications

* Minimum five (5) years' of management in Social Media, Paid Advertising, Marketing, and/or
Content fields, with a firm command of branding, social strategy, content strategy,
communications messaging, content creation, business ads management, and content
proliferation preferred.
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Demonstrated capabilities in communications planning and social media management, along
with the ability to create and distribute engaging social media content required.
* Excellent project management capabilities with an innovative mindset required.
* Proficient across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.),
including Facebook Business/Ads Manager required.
* Impeccable written, verbal, and visual aesthetic sensibilities preferred.
* Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel preferred.
* Understanding and experience in pulling data from multiple channels and aggregating data to
tell a story that informs strategy preferred.
* Leadership experience with proven skills in communication and team cohesion to energize
and activate creativity and initiative preferred.
