Responsibilities

As a Partner Alliance Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Partner Alliance Manager as they manage and strengthen relationships with technology vendors and OEM partners. This role ensures alignment between internal teams and external partners. The Partner Alliance Specialist serves as the primary liaison for day-to-day partner engagement, program compliance, and collaborative initiatives that expand Sentinel's Market position and solution offerings. Position requires completion of projects assigned. This is a hybrid position based out of our headquarters in Downers Grove, IL.



Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field would be preferred.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in partner alliance management, preferably with a value added reseller (VAR).
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Manage calendars, documents, logistics, and workflows (as applicable) and lead in team coordination
  • Attention to Detail: Drafting documents, scheduling meetings, or handling reports, accuracy is crucial.
  • Deep understanding of the technology industry, including emerging trends, key players, and market dynamics.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business outcomes.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet partners and attend industry events
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude

Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000 annual salary
