The Opportunity

TC Energy's USNG Operations Program team is committed to delivering centralized programs and services to support safe, and effective operations. We are seeking a customer service focused coordinator to sustain the operation and management of our US fleet of over 2500 vehicles and mobile equipment.

Reporting to the Manger, Operations Program Services, the Vehicle Fleet Coordinator will utilize strong communication and organization skills to enable the safe, compliant, cost effective and reliable operations of the US vehicle and equipment fleet. The Fleet coordinator will work closely with drivers, leaders, supply chain and the fleet management company to manage inventory, budget costs, and support drivers.

What you'll do:

  • Input and maintenance of vehicle assignment and cost allocation data in fleet management company database
  • Requisitioning, invoice review, and receipting for vehicle and equipment fleet costs
  • Coordinating vehicle assignments, usage, and maintenance requests
  • Communication to and onboarding of drivers and leaders of fleet vehicle and equipment regarding policies, process, and procedures
  • Support drivers and leaders with vehicle fueling, maintenance, repairs, licensing and operational issues
  • Support development of vehicle demand plans and replacement requirements
  • Coordinate vehicle ordering process including upfitting requirements
  • Coordinate and process vehicle disposals
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including DOT regulations, environmental regulations, and local laws
  • Monitoring and analyzing vehicle and equipment fleet data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Preparing reports related to fleet operations and presenting them to stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance the safety or effectiveness of the vehicle and equipment fleet

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ Years of administrative or coordination experience in a professional or operational work environment
  • Team player; demonstrates effective collaborative working relationships.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to work with multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software.

Preferred Qualification

  • Associate degree in administration, accounting, finance, business, or a related program
  • Experience in vehicle and equipment fleet management or logistics
